About us

We are a husband and wife team that met while working together on a project at Motorola.  Since then we have worked for more than 20 years in different companies in Austin, Texas, one of the hottest cities in the tech world in US.  

Jing has solid background in science and technology, with a Bachelor of Science in physics from Beijing University,  a Master of Science in physics from University of Arizona.  She was fascinated with the rapid technology advancement in semiconductor industry in the late 90s, studied VLSI for her doctorate degree at University of Texas at Austin while working at Motorola. Jing has been working through different DFT roles across multiple companies  in the Austin area including IBM, Motorola, Freescale, AMD and Apple. She is passionate about bringing her DFT knowledge to help companies to bring high quality products to markets with efficient and structural tests.
